  All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time (Post Dispatch):

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

• Prepaid Orders:

  • FREE SHIPPING.

   

• Cash on Delivery (if enabled):

  • Additional COD charges of ₹250 apply.

❗ Delivery Issues

In rare cases where:

• The product is returned to us due to non-delivery.

• If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect,
  we will attempt a redelivery (shipping charges may apply). If unresolved, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
